Add your Google reviews to any other website
About three minutes. You need a free Truewidgets account and your widget’s code.
Any other website: in a page
Anywhere that lets you add HTML works.
- In your website’s editor, find where it lets you add HTML, at the spot where the reviews should go.
- Paste your Truewidgets code there, then save and publish the page.
Any other website: on every page (floating badge)
First, in Truewidgets, choose the Floating badge layout for a widget in “Change how it looks”, then copy its code from “Get the code”.
- Find where your website adds code to every page. It’s often called “footer code”, “body end” or “code injection”.
- Paste your floating badge’s code there, then save and publish.
Where the code goes on other builders
- Ghost In a page: an HTML cardOn every page: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Site Footer
- Carrd In a page: an Embed element, on Pro Standard or higher
- Webnode In a page: an HTML block, on premium packagesOn every page: header and footer code, on Standard, Profi or Business
- Strikingly In a page: an HTML section, on Pro or VIPOn every page: Custom Code, on Pro or VIP
- Hostinger Website Builder In a page: an Embed code elementOn every page: Integrations → Custom code
- Joomla In a page: a Custom module, with the editor set to allow scripts
- Drupal In a page: a custom block with a text format that allows scripts
- Jimdo The current Jimdo Website Builder doesn’t allow any custom code. Use your reviews page link instead.
Not showing up?
- Check that both parts of the code are on the page, one after the other.
- If they are, your website may only allow code from websites it lists (a Content Security Policy). Truewidgets shows the lines to add under “Not showing up?”, next to your widget’s code.
