Google reviews come from your own Google listing, connected with the Google account that manages it.
About paying
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free costs nothing for as long as you like and needs no card: one location and one widget showing your 5 newest Google reviews, with a small “Powered by Truewidgets” line under it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing is deleted: anything beyond the Free plan is paused, and comes back if you upgrade again.
What if my reviews don’t show on my website?
Tell us and we’ll fix it with you, free. If we can’t get them showing, we refund your payment: just tell us within 30 days of paying.
Will you set it up for me?
Yes, free, on every plan. Tell us where your website is built and we’ll do it with you on a short video call, or send you the exact steps. We never ask for your password.
Do I have to pay for my Google Business Profile?
No. Google Business Profile is free from Google, and Truewidgets isn’t part of Google. Our plans pay for our own tools that work with your profile: the widget on your website, ready replies and Autopilot. Your profile stays yours, and you can stop using Truewidgets at any time.
Can I pay for a year at a time?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: twelve months for the price of ten.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. If you use our Wix app, you choose and pay for your plan inside Wix instead.
